In August 2022, my best friend and I aligned our schedules, circled a day, blocked our calendars and hit the road for the trip that came to be affectionately known by us as Utah 2.0, since we had our first Utah trip planned for 2020 and it was cancelled. If you’re passing through the Great Smokey Mountains and you’re looking for something totally different and a bit adventurous, check out Foxfire Mountain Adventure Park is just outside the Great Smokey Mountains in Sevierville, Tennessee. We came to Foxfire Mountain Adventure Park for the zip-lining, but there are also beautiful hiking trails with waterfalls, animals, delicious food, a rock wall, and lots more!
